Was having the same issue with "Addon 'Dayz_anim' requires addon 'CA_Dubbing_Counterattack'" after a few hours of re installing the mods/patches and searching the forums i ended up copying everything in my '/ARMA2' folder and pasting it into my '/ARMA2: Operation Arrowhead' folder. Don't replace any files when it promps you. This seems to have done the trick for me. did get a graphic3d error after but that was easily fixed once i re installed the beta patch and ran DirectX setup.
