BattleEye. Halp?

So after seeing friends being able to join and me stuck with whenever I click to join a server it says "Waiting for host" then goes right back to the server list, I figured I'd try and reinstall the BattleEye anti-cheat.

A friend re installed his anti-cheat and it worked for him, but for some reason mine can't reinstall

Anyone know a solution?

Please be more specific on why your battle eye won't reinstall. Does it show an error? Does it malfunction?

It starts to load up and say "preparing to launch......" then just disappears and nothing happens.

Are you an Administrator of the computer? Have you tried running the setup as an administrator?

Yes. I've ran steam as an Administrator. I'm able to join 1 server only and I spawn as a crow in the server. The server has no name either. Just says DayZ

I did not ask if you ran steam as an administrator, I asked if you ran the setup as in Battleye setup. The 'crow' bug is a glitch and you should respawn or reconnect to the server to fix it, consider joining more than that server?

I answer "Yes" to you asking me if I'm admin to computer. I guess I don't know how to run admin for BattleEye setup......

I've already said I'm unable to join other servers. It just brings me back to the server list whenever I try to connect to servers except for this one and I'm just a crow, no matter how many times I reconnect to that one server.

I've reinstalled the game 3 times now.

Right Click> Run as Administrator. Just do this with BattleEye setup.

Is your Arma from Steam? It seems that sometimes Steam doesn't install Battleye for OA. Copy the Battleye folder in arma2 and paste it in arma2: operation arrowhead.

if BE is same or newer then installer does nothing,

if BE is older it updates BE version,

if BE not found then it will install BE

So if nothing happens means that you have latest version already.
