Are tents not shelters?

Not everyone is going to have tents in a survival situation, especially if one has no prepared. So a primitive shelter will be the only available option to most and will make the game more authentic. Read up on primitive shelters.

Let me clarify.

What function is the primitive shelter going to have? If you just use it to store items, then it is functionally a tent.
