Server Admin titles - HELP

So as many of you have noticed, a fair few people have the 'Admin Server' title below their name. Most of us have the 'Survivor' title. I recently got a dedicated server and it is being set up as we speak. I'll be running 3 new Seattle servers on there and I am employing another 2 admins to help me out.

So my question is, how do these people with the 'Server Admin' titles get it? As I am shorty becoming an admin, it would be nice to behold the title :blush:

So if anyone could help me out that'd be great :D
