You cant use blood packs on yourself. You have to give the blood pack to someone else and have them give the blood transfusion to you.

You cannot use the blood pack on yourself, you have to get a friend to apply it to you, or you can use it on him. I only suggest doing it with somebody you're fairly close friends with, because most people would rather kill you and take it for themselves.
