My graphics are bad idk why

I dont have pics but people on youtube etc have good graphics on this game, For example for me the bushes and grass has like small cicrles white small its lags real bad..

I dont know how to take pics but lets just say my graphics are bad are there any addons i can addd to make graphics better?

Graphics are not the best on youtube theres is real cool like grass has small white dots etc

8 GB RAM

64 bit

Intel HD Graphics Card
