Buildings blown up?

So wandering around Cherno the last few days I've seen a heli what appears and sounds to be bombing buildings to the point at least 1 building was completely levelled. I then noticed a building next to it destroyed inside and cracking on the outside. Another building on the other side of the city was half destroyed and I came across a couple of farms totally destroyed inside with no loot. In fact most of the buildings had no loot and/or were cordoned off with wire.

So what's going on here? Hax?

Buildings are destrucable. But dropping bombs from the skys would be the work of a hacker. And most servers have heli's disabled until the desync problem is fixed. So it couldved been a hacked in attack chopper.

Was on a random server like this the other day spawned in the city and 80% of buildings had been razzed , virtually no zombies and as I was running through to see of I could find any loot my survivor just fell over with a broken leg and died , awesome fun I just moved servers but forgot to make a note of it .
