Jackall 0 Posted July 9, 2012 Long story short, my clan has recently found a tent city with obviously duped items. 50 SVD ammo, STANAG SD ammo, other rare ammo and large stockpiles of guns such as SVDs, AS50s, ect. There is other equipment in there, but the server owner has not updated yet, and my DayZ is up to date, so I cannot play it.My question is, would it be wrong to take down the server, put a password on it, and go in and destroy everything with a vehicle without taking anything out? We would run Fraps to show the gear in all the tents, and the actions that were done while the server is password protected. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Canadiantx69 0 Posted July 9, 2012 How do you know it is 100% exploiting versus people getting incredibly lucky? Had 1 day where I found 3 choppers, all of which had 5.56 ammo (30x STANAG SD) and some other assorted weapons. Now, if they have 15x NVG, ya, that's fishy, but large stockpiles of ammo doesn't automatically mean duping.That, and why bother locking the server?
