Persistent profile across different computers?

I'm visiting my parents for some time, and I just wanted to know if I'll be able to continue the character I play on my desktop, on my laptop without having to copy any files. It's tied to one's player ID right? And this player ID is always the same no matter how many times you install the game?

Your player ID is connected to your game's serial code. So it will be fine. :)
