Tainted/Poisoned Ponds

I'd love to be able to shoot a cow/goat/pig/whatever and dump it in a pond so when people fill from that pond they get bad water and die.

Despawn tainted ponds on server restarts or every 24 hours or something. It would make living in the wilderness a bit more tricky without having to resort to adding more zombies or wild animals.
