item missing and random respawning?

well i downloaded the 1.7.2 patch via six launcher, once that was done i closed it, and restarted it. verified the files and connected to a server.

got in the lobby with no troubles, the game did hang on loading for a bit to long, but i spawned. this is where it got wierd.

i was swimming on a hill, it was the hill i logged off on last night tho... couldnt move, check gear nothing. so i thought must be a buggy login in. so i disconnected, and connected again, this time i couldnt get in the game it self.

so i went to a different server couldnt connect, and this must have happend to the next 4-5 servers i tried. i either got stuck at loading screen or somehow the maxium players on the server was reached. the next server i got in spawned me at a default spawn at the coast. i still had my kills, weapons, ammo and rest of my gear, i just lost my ghillie suit? so i thought i had anutha buggy spawn, disconnected and connected to anutha server and again i spawn at a different default spawn along the coast, and again no ghillie suit but the rest of my gear is still there.

oke so thats a known bug then with this patch, but what bout the random respawning?
