"Monitor" Raising bandwidth usage?

Guys, I need some advice. Since this new "Monitor thing was put on my server, my bandwidth usage has almost trebled. The only things running are Monitor, Hive, HiveAuth, arma2oaserver.exe, and a Ts3 server that rarely gets used.

This link is to the hourly report before Monitor was put on my server

The top line on the second image, is only 30 minutes usage, as a full hour had not passed.The only thing that has changed on the server is that the Dev's put Monitor on.

If this happens, it really needs looking at. I could really do with some help on this one.
