Connecting to servers and my stuff is gone

I was playing day z with my friend and we just got to the NW Airfield, i cant tell you what servers we joined but things were buggy so we disconnected and connected into a different server, and we connect where we disconnected but now don't have a backpack, tools, just nothing. we joined some more servers thinking it was a glitch but its the same with every server... Is this a bug or did some admin strip us from our gear?? Please respond!

Yes this same thing happened to me last night.

I have no idea why. I am trying to figure it out but it may just mean i have to restart.

When i join a server i connect to where i last disconnected (got to barracks' date=' disconnected in barracks, then connect in the same spot) so i dont know why this is happening
