Arma 2 is stuck at 94% and it won't go any farther. I don't know what else to do it's through steam and i've tried to reinstall and do the pause update thing multiple times.

What else should i do?

Fixed if anyone wants help with i can help now. I've learned multiple ways to fix it.

Instead of saying you fixed it, it's better to say in this thread on how you fixed it so we may search the forums in the future and link on how you fixed it.
