So i made it back to my old tent and it still there, its in a nice hiding spot so if i was going to place another one it would the there however since i died its not my tent, how long till it disappears?

Near infinity as far as i can tell... I have one that I check every 24 hours (for the wiki) and it has been there for 14(going on 15) days.

Tents belonging to read characters will respawn after 3 days. If the character is alive, they respawn after 7 days of no use, but are infinite as long as their inactive timer is reset and the owner never dies.

What? If I change the following words your post makes sense:

Read = dead

Respawn = despawn

Is that what you meant?
