Building accessability?

Hey guys, I am new to Dayz and I was wondering is there a sure fire way to know if a building or structure is accessible other than treking around each building and checking the doors?

Broken windows are usually a good indicator. Buildings that you can actually look inside (through windows) are also usually open.
