Trouble Installing ArmA II OA

I've tried to install OA now for the 2nd time and when it finishes installing a message comes up saying, "Do you want to reinstall ArmA II AO..." And I clicked no then it starts to extract then when it reaches 100% Extracted it says that the install is corrupt or something.

Here is my computer specs if needed:

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.120503-2030)

System Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard

System Model: HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC

Processor: AMD A8-3500M APU with Radeon HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~1.5GHz

I have DirextX 11.

right click and run as administrator...if it steam, make sure steam is run as administrator also..

I can't run as admin because I am downloading via Gamestop.
