Vilayer 24/7 Support a joke

Our sever has been crashing at random, up to 5 times an hour, since the 3rd of July.

This is taking the mick, we have sent many e-mails requesting support and nothing is happening.

Good, hard and well earned money has been payed for this service

VILAYER SORT OUT YOUR SUPPORT:(:(:(

I also use Vilayer, try adding them on Skype. I normally get a near instant response.

Well i've sent John a message on Skype yesterday and still no reply... Good luck with that. Lee is on TS but with his sound muted again no help and yesterday i waited on TS for hours with Lee in the 1 on 1 chan and Ian in the SALES chan but no help from there either.

I sent support 3 message and today not had one reply. Vilayer is cheap but the support is lacking perhaps you have been lucky enough to have a server with no issues, thus you only have praise for them.

I got a reply from Lee their CEO?? Saying "The issue with your server restarting i highly doubt to be a service related issue from us.

As of late the HIVE as been under almost constant DDOS attack, if your server desyncs from the hive your server will restart.

I will keep an eye on your server, if it restarts again please contact us."

What should I do to it fix, well I can't do anything and hence why we paid for a Managed Hosting Service with 24/7 *YEAH RIGHT... Simply not a good enough,

Its not always the host as Lee said Dayz hive has been attact which in turn messes with the servers. I personally havent had any issues with vilayer and would still recommend them, what you have to remember is if you keep sending loads of tickets in just think how many other people are panicing sending loads of tickets in aswell. It takes time to answer hundereds of ticket requests from people who havent got a clue what they are doing and prob messing the server up themselfs. Im not saying any of you are messing your servers up but think how many servers they have to correct (this takes time) your issue will be delt with just be patiant while they sive through all the tickets they are sent

Closing this thread. Please sort out your problems with Vilayer with them. Making a thread on the DayZ forums to point fingers is bad form.
