What the hell is this? Happened to my friend, I never saw it but he said there were hackers spawning zombies and they weren't moving and the zombies weren't attacking the hackers.

Also he came across this. Crashed vehicle or some kind of hacked bomb? There were hackers on this server so we think it might be related. He just recorded the video to show me, and he was letting me know what he was seeing.
