Add Tents to Farm Loot Tables

I've thought this is pretty ridiculous since looking at the actual loot tables. You're insinuating that all households and urban areas may potentially have tents, but farms wouldn't?

I'm not angry or anything about this, I just think that having ZERO chance of finding a tent in a barn is a bit inaccurate =).
