Lost backpack and some items on reconnect

My FPS was really low, I trried to fix it by reconnecting. When I logged in my backpack and most of my stuff from inventory were gone.

My hunger and thirst went down to red.

I also have a question, I picked up a makarov, but I can't equip it, my upper right corner says I'm holding 9 roadflare, and in my hand I can see makarov. Also when I turn towards north my texture fucks up and I can see just some line of texture blocking my screen, idk how to explain it.

Are these known bugs or is it something wrong with my game?
