Survivors: Locations of NWA sniping spots?

I'm just curious if any of you know the spots at NWA where most snipers are. Yesterday when my friend and I went to loot it, we were immediately fired upon. We both got tree cover, and as I was crawling backwards, I got shot twice and died. My friend somehow made it out alive and grabbed some of my stuff. He's still using my map XD. But yeah, I was just wondering where the snipers are so we can scout it out better in the future.

Technically, anywhere on NW.

First off, you have the obvious vantage points: fire station and air control tower. Then you have the tree lines within the airfield, buildings, hangars, etc, etc.

An enemy doesn't need a sniper rifle or the high ground to get the drop on you. It can be the fellow with the AKM crouched in the corner of a room.

NWA is a danger zone. If the server is filled/filling up, expect danger from anywhere.

If i go to NWA i tend to check all possible places for survivors/bandits before going in

Fire station and ATC tower are actually one of the most OBVIOUS places someone can be, hence a sniper with a little bit of brains does NOT go there, as the first place someone looks if they see a survivor/sniper are those two places. And how easy it is to grab your own sniper and gun them down on those towers before they even spot anything.

The best places for a sniper are bushes on the side of the airfield, or on either of the far ends of the runway on a hill.

Ahh ok. We checked the eastern end, I believe, and we checked from all the bushes from the eastern end to the barracks, ACT, and fire stations but there wasn't anyone. We were assuming they were on the other end of the runway or on the towers with the platforms that line the airfield, as we were north of the barracks and the shots were (we think) coming from the other side. We didn't see anything though, but oh well. We're just going to have to be a bit more careful next time.

Yeah just remember any time you go there you run a relatively high risk of dying even if youre a really good player or even an actual professional. It is simply not possible to eliminate all risk in all situations so when you go in there always weigh the risks what you lose vs what you potentially gain.
