Is there any party system or grouping? Cuz sometimes almost accidentally shoot my friends!!! (during hostile moments!)

Also, is there a differnce between the Sixlauncher server list and thee actual arma 2 multiplayer selection server list through steam?

i've also wondered how to make groups on dayz, as i've seen a few people in groups when i've logged on and i havnt figured that part out for me and my buddies

Currently everyone is on the same side/in the same group. The only grouping you get is by having your buddies on Mumble, Teamspeak, Skype or whatever external voice comm suits you. This is something that may change in the far future of this mod, as its still in alpha testing.
