Banning a user for Disrespect/Malicious talk and behavior usually is an acceptable ban reason, however there is a difference between disrespect and generally shit talking. (Which I find just fine, but I don't speak officially.) Meta-gaming is generally allowed but Admin has banned this user('s?) for 'Vulgar language' and 'disrespect' which should be acceptable. As stated in the DayZ Hosting Rules:

- Their are only two reasons why you, as a server owner, should ban a player on your server. Those two reasons are: Malicious talk, and racism. You may not ban a user for stealing your loot, killing you, spying on you, etc.

- You may only kick for disruptive behavior (such as continued VOIP over side channel). But you may not kick due to race or language or because the person does something you do not like.

This would fall under Disruptive behavior and Malicious talk, as such I am closing the thread but still reporting it for the developers to see if they wish to overturn it or look into the matter.

Quick Edit: Your ban reasons are unacceptable and could get you blacklisted if you are banning for many of those reasons. I suggest changing them but can not guarantee the safety of your server if it does not follow DayZ hosting rules and common sense. But I do not speak officially and can not verify everything.
