Vehicles on all Servers ?

It's just a nooby question but found no clear answer and mostly the global chat on the server is not active, so:

Exists vehicles on all servers from patch version 93XXX to 94444 or is there a possibility to deactivate them? On some server I found vehicles very easy and some servers I spend a week and couldn't found anything.

If yes, did this also count for helicopter?

As far as I know all servers have vehicles in them. They are usually pretty well hidden either in random forests, or on the edge of the map where no one will ever come.

Helicopters don't exist anymore. So don't bother looking for them. And if you ever find one, or see someone flying them -> Cheaters

There are helicopters on the original servers, but I do not know how many servers that is.

Most likely it is a hacker, but not 100% certain.
