Loot spawns for certain buildings

Okay, seriously. I've seen several 'loot maps' now, and they try to tell me that churches that you can't enter have loot, and that these military buildings

drop loot. The f-? I've looked around one of those buildings and the churches EVERYWHERE and couldn't find a single scrap of loot.

That one building you have seen with the link, there's like a little "car port" and military loot spawns underneath that, it usually spawns underneath the ground and can be found by mousewheeling over the ground.
