Better Vehicle-spawnrates!

I don't want the game to feature vehicles at every point of the map, but hell... it's impossible to find any!

I was in a group with 3 people, scattered all over Chernarus. We had a map with all vehicle spawnpoints and were going all over the island for several hours, specifically searching for them, right after the server restart. How come that we do not find ANYTHING. Not a single bicycle!

Why are there 20 cities and not a single functioning vehicle? It's annoying and unrealistic.
