Saving vehicles???

How do I save a vehicle?I see the option to save via mouse wheel but then what?do I have to join the same server to ensure I am woth my vehicle?

All vehicles saves are limited to the server you found them in.

Simply "Save [the] Vehicle" and it will "most likely" be there when you return.

Disembarking the vehicle itself automatically saves it, along with repairs/damage.

That save function saved the inventory of the vehicle in case the server crashes. Not the vehicle/location.

And yes, vehicles are bound to their server, so you have to hide it somewhere and join the same server the next time you want to play.
