Server MULTIPLAY :: - UK (v1.7.1.5) please do not play testing

Been playing this server for a while now and thought it was a good one at that, until the server admin aka "MIdge" comes in and starts doing things. Apparently other people were kicked by him/her and were unable to get back in etc link to thread:

Next thing i know its just me and him in the game so i thought nothing of it until my friend try's to join only to find the server is locked and it was for a while. But eventualy we where both playing the server normaly with other people again and got good stuff and went to hide it.

So we log out for the night. The next morning i thought i would check on our stuff only to find the server has a password and no players in apart from "MIdge" from time to time so i wait and wait and still the server is locked and has been for about 15 hours now so i doubt it's server issues. I do have evidence of server lock etc but dont no how to upload it or if its any use at all.

Now i dont no whats going on here but i would guess he's cheating e.g going round hoarding from camps etc while we cant get in. so what can be done about this?!?
