Hello DayZ-Community,

the last few days I've made ​​a few thoughts about dayz and here are my ideas:

1.)

Aborting:

It always brings me back to a new level of flames/ragemode or whatever, but we can do nothing yet.........at least until I look at the new domination maps (first've only tested 2.64 after 2.61 was released), but it is apparently possible to deactivate the abort & respawn button with a counter

( but i dont know if we can stop ALT+F4 ) so rocket pls take a look at this new version and asap integrate it into the next dayz update

2.)

A idea about "defend"

i think the tank traps, wire fences & sandbags are very unusable yet.....

whats about collect a certain number of those and build different small/middle/big fortresses? ( they must not really be big, at least such a size that they can possibly defend with 5-10 players )

small fortress = small sandbag area + barrier with wirefences around them and a small parking space for motorbikes, ATVs

middle = middle sandbag area with wirefences and a few tank traps around them + barrier and a bigger space for cars ( UAZ, Offroad, GAZ etc. )

big = a hudge area with sandbags and barrier so we can park a vehicle there ( only this fortress can hold a truck, bus or maybe a chopper )

Can only be destroyed with explosive weapons ( like M203 grenades, grenades himself or M136 ), if ur dying or not saving the fortress over 24h, it will be removed ( maybe a maximum number of fortresses possible per server - so other players must searching and capture it. OK maybe we remove all those defend things and and rocket will add a few bases

on an big area free of trees.

3.)

3-5 AI non-infected army bases with them: ( a small update from point b = maybe remove the defending stuff?? )

can be exists near big towns, but exists to 100% on the airfields

a.) for the first they are friendly to players, depending on the murdered players u have been killed (possibly a new humanity system?)

b.) there exist no armored vehicles, but AI controlled defense (I think 1 mg at each corner and 2 on the main entrance) and a safe "greenzone" about 400-500meters ( if a bandit runs into the zone, he will be shot )

c.) only players who killed bandits and dont murdered players can enter this base

d.) maybe a private cargobox with 100/10/2 slots

what u think guys?

I think the small base ideas cool but my suggestions would be add the side channal back but only make it useable if the player has a radio 2: fix the spawns to realism most real life people during a zombie outbrake would carry food water and normal stuff like a map 3: add a extensive line of melee wepons and have players spawn with lower level melee or just let people use there fists as wepons 4: with your non infected ai base you could add a currency system so players can buy wepons food and such 5: the zombies need a timer if your run fro. One you agro I can only lose them by running in a building so add a timer from point a! when they chase you to point b! where they just fall down and stop slower zombies would be better but put them in mass groups and finaly the zombies hit a bit to hard from start at 12000 to one hit and I have 11250
