Highly trained, stylish, ambiguous - these men seemingly have influence over all parts of Chernarus. Sometimes their influence is found through helping, sometimes through the crime syndicates. Little is known about their members, and when asked - they equivocate, often giving vague clues - concealing their ulteriour motives. One thing is for sure, they're to be feared in the north, they're to be respected, they're not to be crossed.
