Is they any programs out there that I can run to analyze log files to see if anyone has been using scripts on my server?

There are, but most of them for personal use. You can write your own with a little knowledge of C#.

Most part useless tbh.

As you need to set what you log/kick for.

meaning the new hacks would just not get logged if you did not flag part of the code.

or log allot/everything and get huge log files.
