Low on Blood ! Not bleeding though?

What do I do when my blood is low.. I'm not bleeding , I healed my self with morphine , painkillers and bandages my blood is 3k and my screen blurs... HELP!

You can only restore blood via eating canned food for 200 blood, or cooked meat from animals for 800.

Or getting a blood transfusion from a kind soul. If you don't have friends, try to find animals to hunt.

Epi-pens make it so you can't faint, or revive unconscious people. Morphine fixed broken bones.

Pain killers stop the shakes when you get them. you need a blood bag for the transfusion also.

As always, blood bags are found in hospitals.

I'd say your best bet is to either recruit a friend to give it to your or like someone said, find a kind soul. I would search the shore if you're desperate, respawning players are typically going to be more kind simply because you could shoot them O.o;;
