Does Loot Respawn at Helis?

Found a crashed heli site. There was like an epi pen next to it. I checked it out later, but there was nothing new. Does loot respawn at helis?

I think they do not respawn, otherwise it would be too easy to gain loot. For that epi pen you found i think other survivors have found the heli before you and looted everything else. Oh and one more thing, sometimes the loot can be hard to find around the heli depending on the are it spawned (like high grass)

Walked around multiple times with my flashlight. Only an epi pen and flare. Probably looted already.

No, heli loot does not respawn. First come, first serve. Gotta wait for a server restart and hope your first to find the new ones.
