Stuck at loading then sometimes waiting for character to create

Yeah..so, My bro just got the game and the mod and we're tryin to get into the servers, Tried a bunch of different ones and we're both stuck at loading, (with the bar completely full) or either waiting for character to create. Anyone else having problems?

i get this a lot, just need keep trying different servers, do not know why it does it sorry, think it is issue between hive and game server, it just seems to hang

Happens to me everyday, im only able to connect every 1 of 3-4 attempts.

It's worth it to keep a running tab on which servers tend to do this to you. Write 'em down in a .txt file or something and never go back. You can also use that .txt file to record notably good servers (I keep track of ones that are x/25, ones that have sidechat and ones that have been mostly unlooted when I tried 'em. All recorded servers have ping<100.)

I get past those screens and get stuck on a black screen and i hear flys buzzing.

Any server i go on, i use ARMA II FREE and ARMA II OA, which i think they are going to remove support for use of ARMA II FREE, since all servers are using a ARMA II full beta patch -.-

I already spent £15, im not going to spend £15 more.
