Problem with bistudio

Hey I just bought https://store.bistudio.com/arma2-combined-operations

but I dont know where to download the Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead from theres only 1 download and thats for Arma 2 normal.

Could somebody whos got it from there help me out please!

If you have the CD key for both the game and expansion just download it from Thepiratebay or something and activate that game.
