Seattle 95 All stuff from inventory vanished

I was playing there with some of my friends and when we disconnected and came back to the game all of our items were gone backpacks everything. is it a glitch or a hacker :3`?

Thought it was a hacker at first, now I think it maybe was a glitch as it has happened to me three times. My brother had it happen as well then he changed servers and all his stuff was back, maybe it was some sync error.
