Lu7 deathfall cheat?

Was just playing on LU7 with a buddy when all of a sudden I see myself and 20-30 players teleporting and falling from the skies near the ocean. Some with Ghillies and great weapons. I landed in the water, broke bones and died instantly. Chat was spammed by people getting killed. My buddy experienced the same thing. Seems like a good way to scrape up all the gear easily so I'm not sure if this is a hack, cheat or bug. Didn't have time to screenshot cauz we all died in an instant. Please look into this.

*crying in a corner for lost gear.
