stuck on "loading"

i've been getting this weird problem.. Whenever i enter a server I go through the lobby and stuff like that, then i get a message "waiting for character to create" as normal, and after that goes its just a black screen that says "loading" and i've been waiting for 30 mins now and it still loading.. i've tried restarting the game and also tried restarting the Six Launcher but neither did anything.

This problem started after i was kicked from a swedish server with a message "Ping too high" even though there is no way my ping was too high on a swedish server (its usually around 30-50ms)
