So if I found a civilian clothing in a barracks, does that mean that more than likely the lucky guy that was there before me found some camo or a guille suit and drop his old stuff or does regular civilian clothing actually spawn in a barracks? Just curious if I missed out on some cool stuff by only a few minutes...

And yes you just missed it good sir.

But if new cloths are what your looking for.

Head to Castle Rog, or any other castle.

Also I've found Ghilles in the red apartments in Berezino
