Hacker in Seattle 12

Goes by the name of Boss(2). I watched someone kill this man at the NW airfield, then spotted him again as he ran from behind the ATC building, then I killed him again within 2 minutes of him getting killed previously (only to have his body melt into the ground). He had a suppressed m4 when he was killed the second time. The first time he died he "was killed by friendly fire" by a player with the name of Sam. About 1 minute later I got sniped while prone on top of the fire station from the woods across the airfield (same direction that boss(2) came from). While I cannot provide evidence of this happening, he must have been hacking to spawn at the NW airfield, and had weapons he should not have been able to get, so that might be traceable.

Oh, and this happened at about 12:30 AM pacific time on july 8th.
