Steam or retail?

If its steam then you go the library, and right click Operation Arrowhead > Properties > Launch options....

then at the end of the code do this " -Windowed" dont forgot to put a space before the command.

add -window as startup parameter.Displays Arma windowed instead of full screen. Screen resolution / window size are set in arma2oa.cfg

same amount of time used to create this topic spent into google...
