So I'm not dead completely im Laying down cant get up unconscious, And MY blood isnt going down at all, I Cant do ESC Its just stuck can u somehow fix this?

Is there an hourglass on the screen? If so, wait it out, you're unconscious.

well The bar is empty its pitch black, And I dont got the option to do nothing, cant do ESC
