{solution} I only get a black screen after loading this game.

I was trying to get this thing to work for a few days now, only to find out that I had it installed correctly the entire time.

If the screen is entirely black, but you still have HUD, and you can hear things around you, Then.... IT IS NIGHT TIME.

You have a Flair you start out with, and somehow you need to light it and use it. I have no idea how to do this. But it seems logical.

I was fortunate enough to find a server that was set at sunset.

Standing around a flair all night sounds like some really fast paced fun.

It is much funner than the game of "Turn off the lights and stand in the corner." because it has sound effects to entertain you.

Going to see if i can randomly find a day time server so i can actually try playing this game.

Hope this helps someone, I almost gave up finally.

afaik the servers operate on their local timezone, ie. if it's in the evening in your timezone, then all local servers to you will be night time in game.

I play in the evening from the UK, so I always have to connect to US servers as all euro ones are night time.
