flashlight?

got my flashlight equipped, but how the heck do you turn it on...? or if you switch it to your toolbelt is there a way to switch it on and off?

Press "L" for turning on the flashlight.

Only works at night... Sometimes doesn't work at all.. At least one weapon in the wiki with a flashlight says it doesn't actually work.

Is there a way to use the flashlight if I have a primary weapon? It always makes me drop my rifle if I want to equip the flashlight.

Flashlight fits as a secondary weapon too.
