Need to restart when I logoff and on again

I just started to play Dayz today but every time I take a break and logout from a server and then login again I loose all my stuff and have to restart again. Shouldn't I start from where I left and still have my stuff?

What servers do you play on? As long as you play on servers that are connected to the master server your character will be saved.

One more thing is that I see lots of normal Arma 2 commands like; regroup' date=' follow me etc and I don't now but when I ask questions in common channel people doesn't answer but maybe they aren't friendly ^^

They probably arent dayz servers? XD? not sure the servers that arent connected to the hive are blacklisted and so... idk i bet its not a dayz Server.

In that case I don't know how to find a "dayz" server, I mean six launcher is made for finding Dayz servers
