EU #404 - Hackers Moving Vehicles and Spawning NPC's

About 7pm GMT this evening we had a hacker/s come on the server and move all our vehicles from where ever they where and put the on an island opposite Cap Golova. Here are the screenshots and a quick video of this happening.

After this the server was then nuked, and priests then spawned on everyone and broke our legs. We have tried to find out who has caused this problem but they are clearly bypassing battleye as they didnt appear in our logs. One of the hackers was called Ehsan T. The console shows they login to the server but the didn't have a GUID just an ip address.

Earlier on during the day (2pm GMT) someone was spawning NPC's in the game we had priests and warlords attacking people.

I have blocked the IP on the server itself and the problem seems to have stopped for now but how can we prevent this from happening again and how to we get all the vehicles back to normal on the server?
