Day Z server problem

So i start the launcher then go to server and join. It shows the screen with the tanks and that loads then it takes me to another screen that is black and says loading and it just stays there. Pls help

i have the same prob pls help

i just tryed again and i am stuck on the loading screen ??????????????????????????
