Question about new server.

So, i rented a server and just got it today, and i was studying the ""commands" for administrating the server and i noticed there really is nothing near the commands and actions needed in order to properly administrate a server. So the one thing i was interested in adding is a sort of spectation, in case you have questions about someone exploiting, and want to make sure. I heard there is a way to do it, (adding a script in the server and hooking it on a command) and i wanted to know if this was actually true. If it is true, my questions are, A. Wouldnt battleye kick me even if i was logged in as admin and B. If i dont get kicked for it, does anyone know a good script or an EASIER way to do this? (Eg. An admin extension or something)
