What do I do about hacked item?

Hello,

I found a dead person on the floor near a Helicopter today, he had some kind of AK-107 with a lazer sight on it. My friend looking at the screenshot I took, told me that it was a hacked item because there isn't any gun like that in DayZ, only in Arma.

I'm more then willing to drop the gun on the floor and never take it again, but I wouldn't want to get ban over it..

Any tips on how to deal with that?
